Dr. O’Neil was born and raised in Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota Medical School. She practiced at Mayo Clinic for 20 years, where she served as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean at Mayo Medical School.
Throughout her career, she has been honored with numerous service and teaching awards, admired by patients, families, and students alike.

For much of her medical career, Dr. O’Neil practiced obstetrics and continues to hold a strong interest in Women’s Health through all stages of life. She believes deeply that every individual has the innate ability to heal. With the right support and resources, quality of life can be greatly improved.
