Pricing
Next Level Concierge Care starts at $1,000 to $2,000 per month, which can be paid yearly or monthly. If paid monthly, 4 months up front with a minimum 4-month commitment is required, as much of the work of evaluating and onboarding new patients is front loaded.

- Extensive Intake History and Physical going over all your areas of concern including previous and current health issues
- Annual physical with reevaluation of all present and ongoing concerns. May include Women’s Health Care with Dr. O’Neil if desired.
- Home or Office Based Blood Draws for labs we order included
- CIMT – Carotid Ultrasound Vascular Analysis every 1-2 years depending on initial results
- InBody Body Composition Testing
- Telemedicine appointments
- 7-day access to your doctors
