At Next Level Concierge we have a special interest in ADHD in our Executive Population and their families. We provide individualized ADHD care for adults, teens, and older children and work closely with their families. We realize that it is a superpower for some, but it may leave them rough around the edges. For others, it presents a constant challenge they must adapt to.
FELLOWSHIP TRAINING IN ADHD
Dr. O’Neil has completed a fellowship in adult and pediatric ADHD with Dr. James Greenblatt, a recognized leader in both Traditional and Holistic Care for Attention Deficit concerns. She has special interest in helping individuals and families with ADHD using a customized approach. This may include traditional stimulant medications, diet and lifestyle approaches along with options that may include the use of supplements and natural medicine approaches as best suits each individual. Some patients who see Dr. O’Neil for ADHD concerns use genomics to identify pathways that may help inform an individualized care plan.

She combines standard medical therapy for ADHD along with integrative approaches to work with each patient and family to craft an individualized plan of care. ADHD is a complex condition influenced by genetic and environmental factors. In addition to medications, she may use nutritional approaches and targeted supplements when appropriate for the individual patient.

DIAGNOSTIC TESTING:
We review previous diagnostic testing and then work with patients to add more in-depth testing which may include:
- Symptom-based diagnostic scoring
- ADHD diagnostic and treatment focused Genetic testing through Intellxx DNA
- Gene-site testing for standard pharmacologic therapies for ADHD
- QEEG Brain Mapping using Surface EEG Readings and comparison to extensive
- population database comparators
- Referral for Comprehensive Neuropsychological testing when the diagnosis is unclear
